Fortsmith Pham, O.D., brings his passion and more than two decades of professional experience to the team at Simply Eyes in Colleyville, Texas, serving Tarrant County. During his senior year at Oklahoma City’s Bishop McGuinness High School, Dr. Pham decided to attend Tulane University in New Orleans, where he received his undergraduate degree. He then excelled at Northeastern State University College of Optometry, earning his doctor of optometry degree.
After receiving his optometry degree, Dr. Pham has provided eye care at practices in Oklahoma City and Fort Worth prior to establishing his practice at Simply Eyes with his wife. Dr. Pham is passionate about staying current with the latest in eye care technology, and is a proud member of the Tarrant County Optometric Society, the Texas Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. In addition, Dr. Pham is licensed by the Texas Optometry Board as a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist. Dr. Pham loves spending time with his patients, and is committed to answering all of their questions and concerns.
When he is not serving his patients, Dr. Pham enjoys spending time with his family and friends, attending sporting events, discovering new culinary dishes, and running or biking.
